"First I want you to know that we love out new house. It is working exactly as we’d envisioned with good separation for adult children and … no unused rooms or wasted space. We’ve nw had two big parties here and everyone is so interested in the Not So Big ideas and expressed a particular liking for the Kempas floors, great room concept with the moveable table and the library in the staircase. Many were extremely surprised at how much light the solar tubes brought into the bathroom and hallway. We absolutely adore our bathroom and office and are really glad we have our TV (FLEX) room. "

During the early stages of design work, we watched Craig the designer/architect go up a ladder into the attic crawl space to see how the house was framed, to be sure that potential designs would work with how our 1913 house was built. Shamneez the interior designer worked with us and pulled together such a great group of textures, colors and materials. Corey the carpenter did the demolition with care. Joel the project manager kept us informed at every step of the build process. The subcontractors are the best and so are all the employees at Estate Homes. The end product far exceeded our expectations.
