Ken Cornett, President
Ken is President and owner of Estate Homes, Inc., Estate Homes Design, Inc. and UBuildIt. Ken lives with his family in Mill Creek, WA. Ken has been married for 25 years and has four boys. He started Estate Homes 25 years ago doing small remodel jobs and was a framing and finish contractor for many years. He has been building and remodeling some of the northwest’s finest homes for the last 27 years with many happy and lasting relationships with his past clients. Ken enjoys golf, travel, and his family. Ken is a very busy, energetic person who appreciates a job well done. Ken likes people and believes in treating his clients like he would like to be treated; maybe that’s why so many people like to work with him.

Linda Kruger, General Manager
Linda, General Manager of Estate Homes, is a strong team-builder possessing the combination of design/build expertise and management aptitude that is necessary to provide valuable leadership and strategic guidance to Estate Homes. Linda has been in the design and construction industry throughout her career. Her hands-on experience in remodeling began in college. She was an owner’s rep for a non-profit company developing retirement homes. Linda then worked for Intrawest’s residential division, Intracorp, as development analyst and led the development of high-end multi-family condominiums. Linda also worked as a consultant to area home builders prior to joining Estate Homes in November 2002.
Linda balances her high-energy pursuits of mountain sports, kick-boxing and conditioning sports with participation in yoga, gardening and the arts. She and her husband enjoy urban life in Seattle and take advantage of many cultural and outdoor activities. |

Stephen Nelson, Project Development Manager
Stephen has lived in the Seattle area his entire life. He has been married to Jo Nelson since 1975 and has three great kids. His favorite activities are spending time with his family, fishing for salmon in Alaska and golf. He started his construction career by attaining an Associates of Applied Science degree in Building Technology from Green River Community College. He spent his first 8 ½ years in the construction industry working on many different types of commercial projects. He then owned his own residential remodel business for 19 years. Most of his remodel experience has been in older homes in some of the best neighborhoods in Seattle. Stephen has been with Estate Homes Inc. since February of 1999. Stephen’s role at Estate Homes Inc. is to take client’s ideas and dreams, utilizing the Estate Homes design and construction team, and turn them into reality. |

Elizabeth Pearson, Project Development Manager
Elizabeth enjoys any opportunity to build relationships, collaborate with clients and provide unforgettable service. A Mill Creek resident, Tacoma native and University of Washington/Seattle graduate, Elizabeth brings management, sales and service experience to Estate Homes from such reputable companies as Nordstrom, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and BD&A. With sincere desire to maintain a customer for life, she appreciates the importance of detail and follow-through. Upon joining Estate Homes, Elizabeth’s immediate goals are designed to help further expand and strengthen future sales and service opportunities.
Having lived in California, Texas, and Tennessee, it is at home, where Elizabeth finds herself most comfortable. Her life is perfectly balanced with two dynamic children, Allie and Chase, one tail-wagging black lab puppy named Lucy and en ever-patient, loving husband named Dave to brighten each day. To keep her smiling, she enjoys a relaxing glass of wine, making potato gnocchi with success, rowdy Seahawks games, trips to Disneyland and an eye-watering good laugh! |

Darren Sprinkle, Project Development Manager
Years of strong customer service and project knowledge backs-up Darren’s interest in residential remodeling and home building. A former Marine and involved family man, he recalls that at the age of 14 he built his first home under the watchful guidance of his father. Later, he avidly pursued his interest in carpentry and led his own construction company for over six-years. Though humble about his accomplishments he is most proud of the personal and sincere interest he extends to each of his customers throughout their project and long after. He is familiar with Seattle’s neighborhoods and houses having a keen and disciplined eye for both distinctive style and value in each of his projects.
He and his wife Stacey and their three children enjoy their family barbeques, church outreach programs and family gatherings. He and his wife are also continuing their advanced education together. Darren likes to play his guitar in his far too few moments of relaxation. |

Carol Trusz, Marketing and New Business Development Manager
Carol has over 20 years experience in business development and community relations. Her work as Vice President of Norwest Bank in Minnesota gave her experience in the revitalization of small businesses, neighborhoods and the restoration of Victorian homes. If practice helps, Carol is well on her way with her fifth custom home project, a summer home in the Sandpoint area of Idaho. She is sure her personal experience helps her understand the needs of the Estate Homes clients to design, finance and build or remodel their own dream home project.
Prior to joining the Estate Homes staff, Carol was the co-founder and executive producer of nature programs shown on PBS and home videos. This work took her around the world both on land and underwater. An avid admirer of nature with a keen interest in photography and scuba diving she continues this interest as an avocation. Her daughter attends Whitman College and the entire family enjoys their family life in Edmonds, WA. |

Rachelle Richards, Accounting Manager
Rachelle is originally from Louisville, KY then Southern California. She and her husband have lived in the Kirkland and Mill Creek area for several years now. They enjoy the Seattle area along with the world class fishing and boating our area provides. The Cascade Mountains and the Puget Sound are havens she thought would only come with retirement living. Rachelle brings 30 years of construction/remodel accounting experience to Estate Homes. After being raised by an Air Force drill sergeant, she is detail oriented and very organized. She will make this part of your experience with Estate Homes headache free. |

Trisha Reglin, Office Manager
Customer service and administration is the chosen career path for Trisha Reglin, Office Manager for the entire Estate Homes team. Her joy and sense of accomplishment at organizing the most complex situations is based on experience as well as a natural affinity for people.
An Edmonds native and strong booster of the quality of life the Pacific Northwest offers, newly weds, Trisha and her husband Bryant enjoy trips to the ocean and the colorful hobby of participating in local Renaissance Faires. Dressed in authentic 12th Century costumes, they help create a realistic atmosphere for these popular events. Trisha plans gourmet meals for her family and actively supporting her church. This balanced outlook on life is genuinely appreciated by her colleagues and our customers. |

Craig Carney, Director of Architectural Design
Craig began his working career framing residential and remodeling projects with his father’s construction company during his high school summers. In high school, Craig’s talent for residential design developed into a growing passion. After graduating from College, Craig started Affordable Home Designs as a part-time business venture. Furthering his career, Craig then joined the firm of Architects Northwest where he established a growing clientele while continuing his own business and becoming an associate member of the American Institute of Architects. Craig brings practical knowledge of the trades and technical tools of design together through his experience of designing and building his own home. Craig is part of a design/build team which makes up Estate Homes Design, Inc.

Kalah Siler, Residential Designer
Kalah’s unique perspective to residential design is based on functionality, practicality, and expression. Architectural design has intrigued her since childhood when her family designed and built her home. A graduate of the University of Idaho her degree put emphasis on Wood Construction and Design Options, with the Architectural Technology Emphasis. Kalah lived in other parts of the country but chooses to stay in Washington. She is an avid outdoors enthusiast and enjoys hiking, camping, and snow skiing. |

Sherry Kuntz, Residential Designer
Sherry grew up in Montana, the youngest of 11 children. Under the watchful supervision of her father she learned about power tools and building. According to her father, she is the only one of his kids that can “drive a nail straight” Sherry joined the Estate Homes staff in 2007 with more than 16 years of architectural experience.
Sherry moved from Montana to the Seattle area in 1996 and has had the opportunity to work with many local custom home architects and builders. She believes it is critical to listen to her clients and provide a high level of customer service - assuring a successful result for everyone involved.
In her spare time, Sherry enjoys spending time with her wonderful son, Adam, and their beautiful Shih Tzu, Bentley. |

Shamneez Pirani, Interior Designer
Shamneez’s passion for interior design was honed at British Columbia Institute of Technology where she graduated in Interior Design.Her background in graphic design as well as the fine arts (from the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design) has enabled Shamneez to bring both aspects and views in to her work.Her diverse cultural background as well as having worked in other parts of the world has allowed Shamneez to bring a unique sensitivity to her design and clients.

Claudia Molina, Interior Designer
Claudia has a passion for transforming her clients’ living spaces into works of art.She happily moved to Seattle recently from Miami Florida where she accomplished a successful career through her own Interior Design company for 12 years. In Miami, Claudia was published locally as well as on the cover of “Miami Interiors & Architecture”. She also had a segment of interior designing on TV in a high rating magazine program in Spanish. Prior to Miami, Claudia perfected her craft by studying with noted Colombian artist David Mazur, and then took her talents to the world of retail where she designed window displays as well as jewels for an international chain of jewelry stores. Claudia is a graduate of the Interior Design Institute Studio 5 in Bogota, Colombia. |

Frank Howell, Director of Cabinet Design
Frank, a long-term Seattle resident understands the Northwest lifestyle. For the past twenty years, he’s been creating kitchens and baths that are functional as well as beautiful. He loves the interaction with people and making their ideas and dreams come to life. In his words, “These projects are extremely important to homeowners. If I don’t take them just as seriously, I’m falling short of my own expectations”.
In addition to his passion for fine kitchen and bath design, Frank is an avid bass fisherman. In his spare time, he can also be found composing songs and playing his guitar. Frank shares his leisure time pursuits with his two sons; also residents of the Lynnwood area. |

Doug Cote, Production Manager
Doug is a life long resident of western Washington currently living in Snohomish. He has two grown sons who also live in the area. Doug brings to Estate homes over two decades of construction experience along with having owned his own custom building business for over 20 years. Doug enjoys traveling to his property in the San Juan Islands along with hunting and fishing with his sons. |

Aaron Bagely, Estimator
Aaron began his construction career at the age of 15, helping his Father with high end custom homes in the Bothell and Wenatchee areas. After a decade or so in the field, Aaron started his own remodeling company to better serve his expanding client base. Joining Estate Homes Inc. in May of 2006, Aaron brings with him almost 20 years of residential construction experience. Aaron enjoys cruising and fishing in the San Juan Islands, hiking and camping in the Cascades, and most other outdoor activities with his wife Leann, and two children Chloe and Wyatt. |

Mark McKenzie, Field Manager
Mark started in the construction industry as an 11 year old straightening nails for his dad one summer, and has never looked back. Having owned and operated his own custom home business for many years, he brings a wealth of experience to Estate Homes.
For Mark coming to Estate Homes was truly “coming home.” Mark had spent the last 12 years in north Idaho building custom homes and raising a family with his wife Sandi. “Having grown up in Edmonds we really wanted to move back home and be with family.” |

Joel Eggers, Project Manager
Joel was born and raised in Snohomish County and lives there with his wife and two children. He began working in construction in 1980 at the The Carpenter’s Union Apprenticeship Program working on high rises in downtown Seattle. The remainder of Joel’s career has focused on remodeling homes in King and Snohomish counties. Joel enjoys the challenges of remodeling and the rewards of working with clients. |

Tom Smith, Project Manager
Tom discovered his love for Victorian homes while growing up in New England and starting honing his skills at the age of 13. By 16 he had many woodworking tools and had begun to work in the industry. He worked summers for a plumber and after being honorably discharged from the army worked for a HVAC contractor. He then began "handyman" jobs and remodeling in New York, Vermont, and Boston where he enjoyed the challenge of historic renovation. In 1990 his family moved to Washington and worked for a remodeling company where for the first time, he remodeled a home with drywall! Tom has also built log homes from raw trees and timber frame homes. Tom brings a tremendous amount of experience and passion to the company and clients of Estate Homes. |

Jeff Reed, Project Manager
A native of Spokane, Jeff discovered his love for carpentry while attending the South Seattle Community College where he was getting his airframe and power plant mechanics license. Ever since, Jeff has been involved in residential carpentry, framing, roofing, and management positions in the construction industry. Jeff is happy to be at Estate Homes where all of his skills, knowledge and passions can be utilized. |

Michael Ray , Project Manager
A Seattle native, Mike turned a summer job into a 22 year career of fine home building. He enjoys doing the specialty work involved in remodeling, marshalling the skilled subcontractors and motivating his crew to the highest level of craftsmanship. His favorite part of his assignments is meeting the expectations of his clients and scheduling the project’s steps to completion.
When Mike isn’t skiing or golfing, he’s thinking about skiing and golfing! Both individual sports are his favorites. He also loves concerts and rockin’ with his band as he plays his drums. |

John Gilronan, Carpenter
John has 30 years of diverse construction experience including 10 years of cabinet shop management and installation of custom cabinetry. During the 90’s, he worked in remote Alaska locations on commercial structures. He has always enjoyed the challenges of this industry and takes pride in residential finish work. |

Erik Zimmerman, Carpenter
Erik Zimmerman, a.k.a. “Z”, grew up in Oak Harbor and currently resides in Arlington. When not at home or at work, Z can generally be found on a local ball field playing men’s or co-ed slow pitch softball. That is, after all, where he met his best friend and wife, Molly. They love playing ball together but also enjoy time with their two dogs and two cats. Z has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years and takes pride in his work. |

Cory James Menehan, Apprentice Carpenter
Cory spent his early years around his father's cabinet making shop and so developed a love for carpentry early on - from the smell of it being cut to the feeling of accomplishment after finishing a project. Andrei joined Estate Homes with great experience. He has been around the construction trades for most of his life where he enjoys working with his hands and meeting the challenges of every new job in the field. Sports are the highlight of his free time –basketball, football, dirt biking and rock climbing are just a few interests that guarantee that he spends time outdoors.. |
