Requirements:
AutoCAD proficiency
Experience generating finish/electrical plans
Experience writing specifications
Experience working closely with clients to design to their needs and budget
Highly developed organizational skills - detail oriented
Quick learner
Team player
Construction knowledge a plus

Ideal candidate / qualifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2000+ and/or ArchiCAD
- 4 years experience in residential architecture
- Ability to execute all aspects of design and client communications:
- schematic design to permit submittals, as-builts, specifications writing
